Want to paint along? You’ll need the following supplies:

• book pages that you don't mind cutting up (check your local secondhand shops!)

• art journal/paper to create on

• paint of your choice (I adore Golden fluid acrylics, but whatever you have on hand will work great)

• brushes of your choice - scissors - glue (I recommend Uhu glue sticks)

Bonus supplies (I use them but you don't have to!):

• Stabilo watersoluble pencil

• brayer

This weekend I had the opportunity to go to a local artist fair -- and was slammed by a wall of jealousy. It would've been easy to get grumpy and bitter about it (and I often do), but this time my jealousy felt like more of a [very uncomfortable] map pointing me forward.

Jealousy is not fun -- but it is incredibly useful. Follow your jealousy, and it can point you at your next steps, or even your purpose.
