New Bread

Ah, spring break, where have you gone? Of course it's quite typical that the beautiful, warm weather waited until after vacation to show it's face. That's okay, though. We stayed warm during the chill by inviting my wonderful in-laws over for dinner. I cooked up one of my favorite soups, Kath's nutty vanilla sweet potato and kale soup. I also tried out a new Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day bread recipe -- cornbread! Is there anything more comforting? This bread was light, sweet, perfectly crusty, and, as you might guess, delicious. This bread baking book has yet to fail me!
